Una tarde muy bonita
a mi nieta le obsequié,
una hermosa florecita,
que del jardín yo tomé.
Fué la flor más bonita,
que hasta ahora regalé:
blanca, pura, chiquita,
bella como un Bouquet.
En la mano de mi nieta
muy linda la flor se ve.

A very nice afternoon
I gave it to my granddaughter,
a beautiful little flower,
that from the garden I took.
It was the prettiest flower,
