Por la turbulencia en alta mar, amor mío;
atracar en el muelle de tu vida no fue fácil.
Sujeta bien las amarras… el casco es frágil.
Hoy, mi barca está anclada y en ti confío…

Te pido, amada mía, que el velero no naufrague
o que en alta mar, a la deriva, mi barca quede.
No permitas que salga nuevamente con las redes.
Por favor no dejes, que yo las velas despliegue.

Hoy calmada la playa está; tranquilas están las olas
Ayer fue duro, la turbulencia azotó con furia mi velero,
por esa razón, amada mía, estar lejos de ti no quiero.

No zarparé, ni te dejaré en la costa más nunca sola.
A tu lado, en puerto seguro, se quedará tu marinero
y anclado, bien sujeto, seguirá por siempre mi velero.
